These terms govern use of meridian.tips, canada.meridian.tips, and the Meridian platform. By using them you agree to these terms.
Meridian provides restaurant software: an AI phone agent that answers calls and places orders into a merchant's point of sale, payment links by text, analytics on connected point-of-sale data, and optional anonymous camera counting. Merchant subscriptions are governed by the ordering documents agreed with the merchant, which take precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Calls to Meridian-powered lines may be recorded and transcribed to take orders accurately. Transactional text messages are governed by the SMS terms in our Privacy Policy; reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Payments are processed by third-party processors. The restaurant, not Meridian, is the merchant of record for food orders unless stated otherwise.
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Meridian's aggregate liability arising out of the services is limited to the amounts paid to Meridian for the services in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the services and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
